WOW that is a strict goal. My family more than doubles that EASILY. Granted I know we're not the best shoppers ( could be much more careful ) but still, that's a wide difference. The only reason my take home pay has been increasing is because of larger bonuses ( better performance ) and because I started a side business. My salary hasn't changed in 3 years. I did a similar post a while back talking about how inflation is my grocery bills. Unfortunately I don't think our wages are going up nearly as fast as inflation or the rate at which the dollar is declining. I agree with you on this 100%.
